2007 ShindigZ “Where’s Adrian” Photo Contest

Our favorite Halloween decoration, Adrian the Ghost, has been spotted around the world and you can add to the sightings!

What’s in it for you? If you send in the most unique Adrian photo, you’ll win a $500 ShindigZ Gift Certificate that can be used to purchase tons of great party decorations for any season, theme or occasion.

It’s simple!  Here’s what you need to do:

Purchase the ShindigZ “Adrian the Ghost” hanging decoration. Then, take pictures of Adrian – posed at your house, a sporting event, famous landmark or with a group. The possibilities are endless! 

Send your best photo as a file attachment to our special “Where’s Adrian” email address, wheresadrian@shindigz.com along with the following contact information

1. Your First Name, Last Name
2. Email Address
3. City, State, Zip
4. Title of Your Adrian Photo

Deadline for the Adrian the Ghost Photo Contest is 12 noon EST on October 27, 2007. One winner will be announced on October 30, 2007. The most creative photo of Adrian the Ghost wins. Entries will be judged by wonderful ShindigZ owners, Shep and Wendy Moyle. Please keep in mind that ShindigZ is a family-oriented party supplies company and we reserve the right to decline any photo for inappropriate content.

Photo requirements:
• Must be a .jpg, .eps, .tif or .ai file type and have a file size no larger than 1MB.
• Make sure your picture of Adrian is well-lit.
• Photos sent via mail must be at least 4” x 6” – Postal address: ShindigZ, attn: Where’s Adrian Contest, 101 East Carroll Road, P.O. Box 305, South Whitley, IN 46787-0305.

By entering this Photo Contest, you hereby grant ShindigZ a perpetual, universal, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to copy, display, modify, transmit, make derivative works of, and distribute your photograph (the “Content”). You represent and warrant to Shindigz that you either own your Content or have written permission from the copyright owner to make such Content available to ShindigZ. You are solely responsible for any copyright violations or any other infringement relating to the Content.
